I finally got to meet Miss T, and let me tell you, the pictures on her parents’ Facebook pages are adorable, but she’s even more stunning in person! We shot a weekday afternoon session at Stony Creek and we had perfect weather for it, after having to reschedule two other times because of this crazy Michigan weather we’ve been having. This little cutie had a perma-grin on her face for the entire session. It’s photo sessions like this that make my job especially easy! I think the funniest thing was watching her dance to the music on her dad’s cell phone. What a character!
Near the end of the session, mom brought out a cake to celebrate her first birthday-It was cake smash time! Miss T had a blast digging into the gooey chocolate birthday cake. I think there may have been a bit of a sugar high going on. Thankfully, we were right on the water, so afterwards, her dad just threw her in the water (not literally…) and got her hands and face all cleaned up!
